Scantec approached ADM to rebrand their business with a new and fresh approach. The company’s vision and values were a real factor in how we approached the new brand. Focusing on the word ‘can’ to give Scantec a positive attitude, facilitate change and allow them to see themselves as one voice. It makes their messages an integral part of their new brand.

Scantec Personnel was established in 1990 supplying temporary and permanent staff to the Technical, Engineering and Scientific sectors throughout the UK and Overseas. Scantec specialises in the Engineering, Scientific, Manufacturing, IT and Technical Sectors. Scantec provides highly qualified and experienced personnel in a compliant and professional manner on both a permanent and temporary assignment basis.

The rebranding process began by brainstorming and sketching initial ideas which we were then refined and a finished document was presented to the Scantec board. We presented a selection of mood boards to demonstrate the direction their branding and media style should go. This included logo references, photography styles, possible tone of voice, marketing tools and event space ideas.

Scantec is a fantastic company to work with who are very open to our creative suggestions and design ideas. We look forward to working with them for many years to come.
